Hello everyone!

i just want to ask if my fiance can file for my petition by the end of the year or maybe early next year..he just got a job last august and we were wondering if he can already file for fiance visa. he didnt worked for how many months coz his father got really sick and had lots of surgeries. Thanks and hoping for reply.. Godbless..yes.gif

If your fiance makes 125% above the poverty guidelines and is able to show that he can support himself, you and any children you guys might have then you can file right now. If he doesnt meet the 125% he can find a co-sponsor and you guys can file right now. You dont have to wait til the end of the year. Hope this was clear enough. Goodluck !

have u guys meet in person already if so then no reason for you guys not to file and also u guys met the abaove minimum requirement to obtain the uscis approval goodluck

thanks for replying guys..yea he is qualified on the poverty guidelines but the problem he is new in his job.. we already met last december 2011 till february 2012..if we didnt file this year or by january next year we need to see each other again but we were thinking to file it this year or in january so that we can save money for this fiance visa if we are qualified..:(

hi bigdog! thanks for replying..if his employer can issue letter..do we have a chance that the USCIS wil grant our petition??..what are the things that we need to pass if were going to file?..if we file by january next year, by that time he's already 6mos working..how about the ITR?..thanks for replying guys..its a big help..big thanks..
