Where is your case? Still at NBC or at your local office? All

a service request does is tell you what you already been told. And you will know that in about 60 days. If your petition is at local office you could schedule an INFOPASS and go to the office and ask a real person.

I personally would be calling my congressman tomorrow and engaging them in the process.

By chance what is the address is on your I-797C as to where your petition went?

Overland Park, Kansas or Lee Summit, Missouri?
