My joint sponsor meets requirements more than 200% but got her job this year.

She was making little last tax year and it wasnt enough to qualify but this year since april she makes a lot.

We can provide all the proof needed, employer letter, bank statements and paystubs.

Will they disqualify her just because the last taxes dont prove it?

It's current income that counts, not last year's.

I had the same situation and it never came up as an issue prior to or during the interview.

Provide all the evidence you are planning to submit and you should be fine.
