I have never understood why NAFTA doesn't include MDs. Canadians don't strictly need a visa for TN status just apply on the border: nurses, pharmacists, medical lab staff could all do this, but not a doctor.

Anyway congratulations on the NOA2; let's hope the government shut down is over soon for the next stages!

I was just getting ready to say DONT give up on the I-130 you are almost at the finish line! Hopefully you will get through NVC quickly! We got through in 21 days!! Keep your fingers crossed!!!! You should be ok for Jan/Feb for sure!!!

You have the best possible solution because even withdrawn the petition shows up in "your" file and you would have had issues with the immigrant intent at the interview

CO I see your spouse just withdrew your I130 are you 2 divorcing ?

I don't see any answer to that that would have resulted in a J visa.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
