When will i have to turn this form in i read the guide for the k-1 visa and i'm not sure if i understand.....i would i send this to my Fiance(e) before they go to the embassy correct...reason i ask is i'm worried because as of now i am holding a temporary job and will be employed with a job that is paying more than i am right now. I feel with the current job that i have i would not qualify and thats why i ask when would i send the form off. Thank you

K-1 process

03/11/2006 - Engagement.

04/13/2006 - sent I-129F

04/17/2006 - I-129F delivered

04/20/2006 - NOA1

07/28/2006 - Touched07/31/2006 - Touched (NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

08/01/2006 - E-mail NAO2 saying i was approved 31st

08/18/2006 - Packet 3 sent to Consulate

12/28/2006 - Interview (it's going to be a lonely Christmas)

12/29/2006 - Picket up Visa , one way ticket to Dallas!!!!!

AOS Process

03/06/2007 - AOS process starts (D.O.R.A) Submit application and Interview

04/06/2007 - Biometrics

How far are you in the process? Did you file the I129F? did you get NOA1 or NOA2? It all depends on your current siutation...you should be sending the I134 once you get your NOA2 and that can take a while so maybe you still have time until you start your other job...that would be the ideal scenerio...Good luck

When will you be starting this new job? Also, information on which service center you are using and where your fiance is from would help determine a rough estimate of time until you need to send her the I-134. You're probably at least 2 or 3 months off of that at the fastest but that is ONLY a guess on my part.
