which forms does my fiancee receive in the third packet? which forms are the ones that he needs to send back and sign? also does anyone know if the forms are in english or in the country's language? is it a good idea to fill them out for him and send them to him? thanks!

I think that depends on the country he's in? Not really sure. I got the DS forms and the checklist to send back, along with a list of doctors who can perform the medical.

You send back the DS-230 Part I, OF169 if you got this form, DS-2001 form, a photo copy of your passport.

The I-134 form goes to the USC to fill out and need to send back to you with 3 years of tax returns. You keep them Along with the DS-230 Part II and other required documents to gather for your Interview. All other documents are kept until your Interview..

It depends on your embassy. You might want to ask over in the Embassy forum to hopefully get a better response.

03/12/2015 - In-Line for Interview

04/09/2015 - E-notification for Interview Letter
