Getting ready with our AOS; concern about I-94 and visa expiration

Use the date your I-94 expires. The K-1 becomes null and void when you use it to enter. The expiration date on the K-1 was only the time you had to use it to enter the US.

Jay-Kay, knowing that my I-94 date expiration is wrong, should I still put it November 9, 2013? I know that correct expiration date should be October 30 since that will be 90 days after POE.

You can put the correct 90 day date that was stamped in the passport upon entry and add the note to explain the mix up with the I-94 being given at a later date. You could also just put the I-94 expiration date and then still add a note about the mix up and expiration date stamp in the passport. I believe either way will be okay since you send in copies of the I-94, K-1 visa and passport entry stamp.
