So I am going to go and see my girl in November... I do not have my NOA2 yet and being we are September Filers I think I would be setting my expectiations crazy high for my girl to get her interview before then... If she does that would be phenomenal.. But I would rather just not think about that... I found a good list of papers for my Embassy thanks to the VJ reviews! Can someone please tell me How many years of Taxes does my girl need to bring with her... I am going to try to bring all the forms down and completed so that when the times comes we just pay the fees and get her on on her way... Is two years prior 4 most recent pay stubs... My letter from my employer the Affidavit of Support enough or do they more years?

Also... Through the interview reviews... Some went with some did not... Which way is best?

The most recent year tax transcript with letter from employer and most recent pay stubs are what you need for the I-134. You should gather those close to her interview, so not until you have the NOA2 approval. You want the signatures and financial documents to be as recent as possible.

As far as being there for the interview, even if the USC petitioner is not allowed to attend the interview with the beneficiary, you should be there if it is at all possible for you to be.
