Hello,

I live in Los Angeles and my fiance lives in the UK.

In the original package do we need his signature for the G325a form?

Does the London Consulate require that I submit the DS 230, DS 156, 156K and 157 with my original pacakge or does he take that after?

Does he need a signature on the Intent to Marry Letter? If so, can it be a copy?

The details of the package are very confusing

Please help....

Only send what is required and listed in the guide here > http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

The DS forms required for the consulate later for interview are not needed with the I-129F petition. Those come later for the interview and you can find out what is needed from the US London Embassy website.

All forms and letters of intent need original signatures, not copies.
