Hey there, this is my first post on here and I must say this site and these forums are a huge help.

Just received NOA1 for my I-130 and I-485 package adjusting status from an O2 visa. Processed at the NBC (with an MSC number). Obviously my wife and I are very nervous.

Just wondering if anyone on here has adjusted from this visa class? I have a few friends who have from O1's but not O2's.

Thanks in advance!

RB

As it's not a particularly common class of visa I wasn't expecting a reply. However I guess I'll update.

Concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485

Filed mid September

Walked in for Biometrics beginning of October

No RFE's

Interview scheduled for 25th November

Hi 10! O visa or any non-immigrant visa are all treated the same for AOS based on marriage. Good luck.

ROC:
