I-134 help

Hey guys, here again annoying you, my fiance and I are at lost at what to do on the I-134 on the part that says

"I acknowledge that I have read "Sponsor and Alien liability" on Page 2....... " there's a line what is supposed to be on that line.. yes? or I have read it.. help please..

I "his name' certify under penalty...... and in the other two lines put his signature and date.
