My petition for I-129f has been transferred to the NVC for visa processing. My fiancé is from Mexico. How long does it normally to get a notice from them, and then what happens next?

It depends on how long it takes the mail from CD Juarez to get to the beneficiary's address in Mexico. From what I have read some people never receive the letter due to the Mexican snail mail and have to get a copy printed for them at the consulate.

I cannot tell you how long it will take. You can call the NVC and ask them if it has been sent to CDJ yet. You will need to call the NVC anyway to find out the info you need to fill out the DS-260.

If you do not receive the letter from CDJ before your appointments, then you can get one printed out at the customer service window at the consulate in Juarez.
