NVC won't be of any help they did the interview a few days back.

Probably not. But I would have called, rather than waiting hours to try and contact USEM.

Maybe contact DOS. But I would call the embassy first.

I just called the Virginia # (703 area code---I guess this connects you to the embassy using our area code here in the states)

The Filipino guy was very nice

All he could tell me when I gave him our numbers was that it is in process

He then read me some script about how there is no set time table for processing them....and that the consular has something to do with the process..? like what? he has to fill

some forms out? and it could sit with him for a week?...sigh.....

He then said the courier service would text her when it is out for delivery

I asked....well shouldn't the CEAC site have info BEFORE 2GO gets the package? He stumbled and agreed

He had no answer for why I am getting this response from that site---this is what bothers me most....

Application Error

An unexpected error has occurred while processing your previous request. The error has been reported to the site administrator; no further action is required.

I despise this process.... ....has ANYONE gotten such a response like this

Have other actually gotten a response from this site even before their interview?

ok..........MYSTERY SOLVED

It is my work laptop causing the problem.....

Perhaps some of their viper software would not allow me to get to the viewing screen at CEAC and I was getting the error message

I just tried a personal laptop and....waalaa!....got this message:

Case Creation Date: 17-Sep-2013 Status Updated Date: 19-Sep-2013 Case Creation Date: 17-Sep-2013 Status Updated Date: 19-Sep-2013

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved after administrative processing, your passport will be delivered by our contracted courier to the address you specified when you booked your interview

so.....the rest is just a ####### shoot huh? as to WHEN it gets to the next step?

AP, then READY, then ISSUED, I think I have read elsewhere. Expect it to take up to 2 weeks, but someone this week had it in hand within 3 days. Hope you get that kind of service too!

I had a similar problem but I figured it out by trial and error. I was using a version of IE that the site did not recognize so I used chrome as my browser and I was able to get into CEAC website.
