My stepson's 10 year green card expires in 10 days. He is now 26 years old. I married his mother here in the U.S. while she was here as a tourist and then the kids came over from Canada as IR2 child of U.S. citizen "which meant me" in 2001. He was over 18 when his mom got her citizenship in 2006 I think so he didn't automatically become a citizen. What I am having a problem with is section 3 of the form to renew green card. Not sure how to answer questions 3 through 5. We filed the paperwork in Cleveland to bring him over and then they processed him when he crossed over the border at Buffalo N.Y. on our way to bring him back here to Cleveland. This would have been much easier if he would have applied for citizenship like I've been bugging him to do for years. Any help or questions are welcome. Thanks

Are you talking about the location where he applied for his visa and where the visa was issued? This should be the Philippines if he applied abroad. Destination at the time of admission should be Cleveland and point of entry should be Buffalo.
