Does this mean that my visa is on the way to NVC?

Post Decision Activity

On September 3, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I have already printed all the forms for P3 and completed down to needing my fiance signature and the DS260 to send to the embassy which I will Fedex her. Other than her medical is there anything else that I might be missing?

yip, case is on its way

you can call nvc for your case number.. it can take several weeks. after the case number is assigned it will be batched out to the embassy.

Yes we have the Thailand police report already. Once we get our case number she is going to go to Singapore and get her COC from there. I'm not sure if Singapore will mail it to her directly or to the embassy there in Bangkok. She will also do her and her son's medical when they get back from Singapore. I am hoping that we are head in the process and everything from here on out will go smooth and we can get an interview in the next month or two dancin5hr.gif
