Proof of ongoing relationship post filing of K1

Hi All,

Need you help to prepare for the proof of ongoing relationship post filing of K1,

We filled in end of May 2013 and have not meet personally after that and I have read that we will need proof since we filled so can we can use the below.

Proof of an ongoing relationship: Copies of land line and cell phone bills, appropriate letters and emails, stamps on the letters (to document the date they were sent), and other written documentary proof. Provide a reasonable amount; two to four of each type. Pick a range of dates up to and including the present.

We may have a few record of phone conversation here and there but not much cause we use BBM and meet on skype on a daily basis will these

be ok to provide as proof if yes can we take screenshots of BBM and a dump of chat history from skype, has any one used this in Mumbai.

Please share your experience.

All of those are good, you just want as much proof as possible. Chat logs and skype logs have been successfully used by others.

because of some of the problems in getting a k-1 in India it would help you if his family and yours both write letters about how happy they are about your engagement ......do you have pics showing you and him with his family? that also helps......when we went thru India the only thing we did not have was more than two visits in two years in person......some people sail thru it with out any problems while alot of us got the shaft no matter how much proof we had.......
