I am residing in the philippines and an oportunity of working in Germany came. Will this be possible that I work in other country while there's ongoing petition for me. My dilema is if I have to choose between the two? Pls help.. Thanks VJ pips!

It shouldn't be a problem.N you K1 application was it changed the country where you would want to process your K1 visa? In my case, I am working in Singapore, I am a from Philippines, however, my fiancé has put in his application that we would want to process my k1 application here at US embassy, Singapore.

yes you can request to have it anywhere, but depending on the job, do you have to sign a work contract, usally a 2 year contract, and you filed in 2012 ?? or did you mean 2013?? 2013 your petition would be approved with in the next 6 month if all goes right.

It's 2012. We got denied and we appealed. We file for I290B. They told us that they change the alien registration number and I have no idea what it means. I never signed any contract yet for jobs in Germany. Should I pursue my application or wait for the I290B result?

well if you got denied, i dont know anything about appeals or the form you filed. all you have to do is file form for change of address the form is ar-11-sr

alien registration number. it the number they assign to the person immigrating

how long has the appeal been filed has your other, been to court or heard from anyone. or 2012 was the last you heard of anything
