Hi everyone. I arrived to the US about two months ago on a tourist visa and married my long-time same-sex partner in Delaware (we live in New Jersey however). We did not plan this as DOMA was still not overturned when I got my tourist visa, so I was only planning a short visit. Now I am trying to adjust my status to a permanent resident and this forum has been a great help. I would like to make sure about something and I'd appreciate if anyone replied...

We are filing I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 concurrently. I remember reading a few threads on this board saying that if I file these forms concurrently, I only need to pay the fee for I-485+the biometrics fee (for a total of $985+$85=$1070) and the fees for all other forms will be waived. But now I can't find those threads, and plus it was from a while ago, and I also can't find anything clarifying this on a USCIS web-site.

Could anyone shed some light on this issue please? I'd greatly appreciate the updated information.

Thank you!
