Business Visa Approved but might not be able to travel based on plan mentioned in Ds-160

My Parents Visa just got approved for 10 years, but in DS-160 I mentioned "Yes" to the question "Do you have specific travel plan". I even mentioned the dates from October 2013 to January 2014 in travel plan.

Now my parents are asking me to postpone the travel from October to January i.e by three months. In that case they will be staying from January to April. Duration of stay will remain same, its just that the time of travel is going to change.

Since it is their first travel to US , can that cause an issue on POE ?.

Not a problem, they can use their visa whenever they want.,

It is not an issue. Many people changes their travel plan. I entered the US on visit visa 4 months prior to my travel plan mentioned on DS-160.

A visa is a permission to enter the country. Governments know that circumstances can change and people may not be able to travel at the time they had first decided. So there is no problem. As long as the visas remain valid they can travel whenever they like...
