CEAC site not reliable?

We received our MNL# over the phone on August 28, a week after our case was sent to NVC from TSC. We were told that they have sent our file to Manila that day.As what we've always read from VJ's, as soon as we got our MNL# we can pay the visa and schedule the interview and medical,so that's what we did.

On August 30th I paid for the Visa through BPI then scheduled my Interview on Sept.11th and medical on the 4th. When we check our case through CEAC the next day, it says that our case is ready for an interview. So we were happy.

I have read a thread here that CEAC site says ready for interview but files are not at the embassy yet,though it was different consulate. How possible is it in USEM?

09/25/2013 - Interview Appointment (Under AP with 221G)

10/01/2013 - Additional Document dropped at 2GO SM Cebu

10/08/2013 - CEAC Status Updated to READY

10/30/2013 - CEAC Status Updated to AP

10/30/2013 - CEAC Status ISSUED

11/06/2013 - VISA Received

11/11/2013 - CFO Done

11/15/2013 - POE Detroit

Well, I don't think so.. when our files left NVC, the next day, USEM received it and on the CEAC website, it changed from IN TRANSIT to READY. :D ..my fiance already had his medical, and his interview is on the 11th as well.

GOODLUCK!!!!!!!! :):D

On October 2013, our I-129F Refused under 221(g)

So our son and I went back home to the PHL..
