File in Los Angeles or Oklahoma city (CSC or VSC)?

We are currently temporarily residing in OKC due to my temporary work assignment until the end of February. After which we will be moving back to CA.

We still have our Southern California residence and we travel back and forth regularly.

I can either file with my Los Angeles or OKC address. For biometrics and the interview we can go back to CA if needed.

Looking at the timelines CSC seems to be a bit faster these days, and chances are we're going to be back to CA before the interview is scheduled, so I'm inclined to file using my Los Angeles address.

Anyhow is there generally any preference or does it not really matter. We had our AOS interview in Los Angeles so part of me just wants to do the ROC there too.

As long as you have evidence to your CA addresses - lease, you are fine with filing with CSC.

FYI - Recently USCIS had transferred a few of the June applications from VSC to CSC to balance the load.
