I know that most people are very vulnerable at the CFO stage as they're so close to being together hopefully forever. Having said that, I really hope someone has the nuts to file a lawsuit against the government and have them declared unconstitutional.

The whole CFO thing is a complete scam. Fortunately my wife had hers in 2010 when all they did was ask a few questions and she had to show her passport and visa.

I'm tempted to pay say my wifes sister and set up a bogus relationship with one of my friends just to take this to court. Only problem is it would have no standing because obviously it would be fraudulent. Again while I know it's highly unlikely I hope someone gets pissed off enough to take these government scam artist to court and do away with the whole damned thing.

Congrats, now i am worried lol, my fiance is a resident of the Philippines and she works in Hong Kong but wants to travel home before coming to the USA I now think perhaps that's not such a good idea.
