Hi,

my wife has US citizenship as she born in US, however she never lived in US during past years, now i want to know what is the fastest way to move to US.

unfortunately she is not living in US right now and also no work experience in US.

we want to plan for CR1 visa and we need to know how we can have proof for domicile ? is domicile is need for her or not

You big hurdle is the affidavit of support. You will need some one in the US either a USC or a resident alien that will sign this and that makes enough money. Hopefully your wife still have family in the US. Showing intent to reside can be done several ways. Does your wife have family in the US many returning after years outside live with family at first and use that address .

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
