This only counts CONVICTIONS, but nothing else? I had the police take me to a center for troubled teens (I was) when I was 13 over an incident with my mother, but I was NEVER convicted, NEVER needed to attend court, and NEVER charged. Am I okay for saying No on the 1-29F? I thought I would since it mentions only convictions, which I do not have. I'm probably worrying about nothing, but I want clarification (again).

If it only mentions convictions (I don't have the form in front of me) then no, you do not need to mention it.

What people sometimes do when they are not sure is to get a police cert early, and see if the event shows up. I doubt it would in your case, as it sounds like you didn't even get a caution, just basically a police escort to a home.

According to this http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/86942.pdf even if I had been convicted it wouldn't go against me because it was when I was a minor, under the age of 18. I still had not been convicted, but I was definitely looking for information that would make me feel better.
