Tant que tu prends un billet d'avion sans avoir le visa en main, tu prends un risque.

Après c'est à toi de voir si tu as les moyens d'assurer ce risque ou non.

OUR STORY

We met on the web : Begining of November.

We met For Real: November 29,2009.

We are officialy a couple since : December 11, 2009.

Our first Week end to NY : December 12, 2009.

Our first Christmas : January 2, 2010. (i was to Seattle for christmas and him to Tennessee)

Our first Valentin's day : February 14, 2010.

Came to leave with him at the end of my aupair year : July 12, 2010.

Our first vacation together in his family (Tennessee): July 26 to August 2, 2010.

He asked me to marry him on : August 10, 2010.

I left USA for France on : August 11, 2010.

We are far from each other : since August 11, 2010.

VISA FIANCE :

Date I-129F Sent : October 16, 2010.

Date I-129F NOA1 : October 29, 2010.

Came Back to visit him from December 28, 2010 to March 25, 2011

NOA2: April 20, 2011.

Package 3 : May 11, 2011

EasternDE a raison, et si tu avais lu les posts du forum un petit peu tu le saurais aussi.

Mais je confirme qu'ils racontent un peu n'importe quoi a l'ambassade, moi c'etait la francaise qui verifie les papiers qui m'avait dis un truc dans le genre. Je l'avais reprise en lui expliquant exactement comment ca se passait, lol.

Une fois que tu auras ton Advance Parole, et ensuite ta premiere carte verte tu pourras entrer et ressortir a ta guise.

J'ai lu les posts c'est pour ça que j'étais surprise.

C'est aussi la française qui monte le dossier qui m'a dit ça mais vu qu'elle t'as dit la même chose alors que c'est pas vrai... ça me rassure

Ils répètent le même CD a tout le monde a l'ambassade mais en réalité des que tu as ta GC tu peux sortir des US. il faut que tu respecte un peu plus de 6 mois de résidence aux US, dixit les textes du USCIS.

Et comme le dit très justement notre infatigable EasternDE, tu peux remplir un form demandant a sortir des US pendant le process de la GC. Donc prévoir la période a l'avance ou tu voudrais revenir en France...

Elle m'a bien dit pendant 2/3 ans de ne pas quitter le territoire, j'étais tellement surprise que j'ai demandé qu'elle répète.

Après c'est peut-être ce que eux préfère mais la réalité est plus felxible...J'espère parce que 3 ans c'est long.

tu as déjà quitté le territoire américain?

Le délai pour la réception du visa c'est 10 jours ouvrés maxi?

Tout comme Carine, j'ai eu mon interview hier et en lisant vos posts ça me rassure, car la frenchie m'avait exactement dit la même chose qu'à Carine (2 à 3 ans avant de sortir des USA).

J'ai été étonné de la rapidité de l'interview, à peine 5 min ;) La consule m'a dit que je devrais recevoir sous 1 à 2 semaines le fameux sésame :dance:
