Sleeping pills-medical exam

I've been taking sleeping pills (alprazolam 0.25mg) for the last 2 months , do any of you know if I need to take my medical history or just the doctor's prescription for my medical exam?

I would appreciate it if you could let me know. Thanks alot! goofy.gif

I would think you just need the prescription, and let them know of your history if they ask.

I was on antibiotics close to my medical test and i just took with me my doctor prescription

They will ask you at the medical exam if you are taking any meds and why I had just had surgery a month before my exam and I just brought the paperwork but they did not ask to see it. They may also ask you to do a psychological exam which I was told is new. I did this exam in October 2012 so things may have changed since. Also if you are coming to Juarez I would recommend that you stay at the IBIS Hotel it is behind both of the clinics and has security at the gates. Also do not talk to any of the people asking what process you need ask the hotels or the clinics where to go. Good Luck!
