Hello all. My fiance entered JFK om a K1 he never received the i94 we are preparing to get the ssn but I am afraid they will refuse it due to no 194 what should we do

Which you will also need for your Adjustment of Status. However, you do not need it for your SSN. You just need his SSN application, and his passport. Make sure that his I-94 is correct, because sometimes they will enter in his first and middle name as one name (his first name)

Same thing happened with my fiance. Make sure you go back up to JFK and get an I-94 for the AOS. After explaining the situation, you may or may not get it. If you don't get it , you will have to pay $330 for one.
