Most never review, comes back & say so & so happens

maybe ,just maybe they may come back to say they got

the visa, while others don't come back until they R

in AP, don't get the card fast enough, or run into

other situations, all the other countries give info

support to their ppl....I find there are a few consistent

Jamaicans that delivers here especially Pinkriton...so

Amen to what U said sis.

Thank you. I myself slacked in the past but I will try to do better. I now have more knowledge than I did before and I am more than willing to offer help and support to the best of my ability

My case was updated yesterday too, so I am praying that we will get some positive news in the coming week.

Did your case creation date change? Mine changed from April to August on Thursday... Hopefully many of us will receive good news this upcoming week. It's almost Sunday :)

First thanks all for the shout outs! ;).

Secondly, with this new process, it is hard to answer questions. I try to provide what I know or researched for myself. Jawaree is right. Folks go ghost quickly, and then come back for those reasons. I have seen people come back and never posted they were approved, completed the review, or even mentioned what is happening with the new process other than to complain about the long wait.

Yes, we can be more supportive, but as JA moves to being an electronic based embassy, we need to HEAR FROM EVERYONE, what worked and what failed or NONE OF US will be APPROVED.

I want to issue the JA members who are in the new process to each of you write out the new process, including registering with CEAC, and post it. Also update our embassy page with the information.

I appreciate everyone who is here to offer advice! I wouldn't have gotten this far without it! Is it just a recent thing that AP in Jamaica is taking so long? Or is it just on an individual basis? It's a bummer to think after everything you wait for you finally see the light at the interview day only to have to wait possibly another month or 2? That's crazy. cray5ol.gif

No, my case creation date did not change because my petition is F2@ and yours i believe is K-1. They are different petitions, hence the creation date wont chnage for some types of petition.

The AP long wait has been recently since the changes in March. Previously, if you had a long wait, there was a problem with your paperwork, but it did not mean you would not be approved. People do make errors.

I have sent a message to a facilitator about pinning a topic that discusses the new process and the procedures for the new process for Jamaica, which I believe will help everyone. We will all need to provide input for the document.

Also, (OK & MK) I did ask for name to be corrected. LOL!!!!
