I used to work and live in Thailand for 6 months.

Do you think the consul will ask for the police certificate during my stay in Thailand?

Your police clearance certificate will cover all of China, you need to obtain it in your Hukou city.

You didn't live in Thailand for a year so no need to have pcc from there.
