I-765 - Renewal of EAD

Hey everyone,

We need to renew my wife's EAD as we are still waiting on her green card, and we were wondering what documentation we need to accompany the I-765. She received one receipt in the mail - along with her EAD/AP combo card - when we initially applied.

Also, question 11 on the I-765 asks which USCIS office through which we applied for employment authorization. Would this be the service center where the green card process is currently pending, or?

You would have to double check the I-765 form instructions, but I believe you need to send a copy of your I-485 filing receipt notice, front and back copy of your EAD and 2 passport photos for renewal.

Also, question 12-13 asks about last entry into the U.S. We visited Canada while on a cruise this summer, so should this be the date of last entry, or when my wife first arrived to the States? Thanks again everyone for your advice!
