Hello All,

I am working on my I-751 application and thought I would share and request feedback from the members in the forum. I am thinking of filing this without a lawyer as they are asking for about $750 for this service. I feel with just form I can handle it. What would be your advice ?

Here are the contents of my package

1. I751 form

2. Form 912 for fee waiver as I am on unemployement right now

3. Do i need to fill any seperate form for BioMetrics ? Lil confused here !

4. GC copy

5. Marriage Certificate

Evidences

  1. Joint Lease for 2 aparments and affadavit from in laws stating both were staying at their house for certain intermediate period
  2. 3 affadavits from friend and inlaws
  3. Joint health insurance from both spouses
  4. Joint car insurances
  5. Life insurance from me favoring my wife and also my family
  6. Bank accounts totally about $20k in transactions monthly statements
  7. Joint Married IT returns for 2 yrs
  8. Pictures of us with family
  9. Copies of joint invitations and greeting cards
  10. Driver licence copies of both
  11. Costco membership card scans

We dont have any joint credit cards or house or kids. We are both of the same culture and background.

Do let me know if this seems enough. Appreciate your responses.

There's lots of examples of what other's have sent in for a successful application. There's a forum listed : http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/86-removing-conditions-on-residency-general-discussion/ where you can learn everything you need to know.

You will be wasting your money if you hire a lawyer, you can do it yourself, read and learn on this forum.

Good luck!!

Looks good to me. Attach bank statements in full including deposit and withdrawals od at least one per quarter covering the full period. Try to get IRS Tax Transcripts, which USCIS likes. No need of the marriage certificate. No separate bio-metric request.

You will first get NOA1 extending the PR status by an year and then get a letter with a scheduled bio-metric appointment and finally will get an approval/ RFE, depending on the strength of the evidence.

Removing conditions is an easy process you can do yourself, no need for a lawyer. Everything you have there looks good, you can probably omit the costco cards, though. Also, you do not need to fill anything out for your biometrics. Just make sure you double check everything before you send it in. GL!
