Criminal Background Check

I live in a small community in Northern Ontario. I went to the OPP to get my criminal background check done and they told me I had to have it done by my local police service. So, I went to them and paid my $33.90 fee for the background check this morning. This evening they called me to tell me it was ready for pick up. Wow that was quick. So I went to pick it up. When I received it I was a little shocked when she handed me back the exact same form that I had filled out this morning(only it was a photocopy) On the back of the form there are boxes checked for negative-no record. There's no official signature or anything, just a stamp that you can barely see or feel. Will this work or will I get RFE? It really doesn't look like any criminal background check that I've seen before. A little worried.

It does have an official stamp by it is not signed by anyone. I've looked at other criminal background checks online from different police agencies in Ontario and they are similar to mine, only they have a signature as well. Was just hoping that mine was going to be ok!

My wife got her police cetificate by going to her local police station and filling out a Police Information Check form. I doubt this form differs too much between areas, so I think you filled out a similar form. The form my wife got back had the Badge ID and signature of the office who conducted the check along with the date of the search and police seal (on the 2nd page). She got her certificate in a police station within the GTA.
