I already gave them his original I-134 during interview. I only sent his latest w-2, 1040 and pay stubs. I just thought that that might be what they need since that is the only thing they asked me. I don't think they will have a doubt about his annual income on his I-134 since it is written on his w-2. You think a waiver can help? I am under section 212 (a)(4). Please hank_ i really need something to have hope and believe that we can still be together.

The 212(a) is a denial, from you stating it said there were public charge concerns, it would appear his income is not above the poverty guidelines. I don't have good answers for you. You fiance could try emailing or calling the embassy there is an error.

Next option is to start over with a spousal visa (IR/CR-1) and have a co-sponsor if needed.

praise God. I don't know what kind of miracle happened to me but as I said to my last messages that I was already denied. But this morning, after 4 months my passport was delivered with a us visa. I'm still in shock but I know this is for real now :)

Congrats!!! :dancing: :joy:

I am very happy for you!!!

Have you completed CFO to get your sticker or is that still on your list?
