On page 3 of the I-601, Under A. question 5.

Where does this number come from? Our case number starts with an LNDXXXXXXXXX number, not an A-

Same page, under A. question 8.

Where do I find that date?

Kinda lost, anyone know?

Jun-13 Emailed DS-3032 to NVC

Jun-14 AOS Fee Bill signed for & received by NVC

Jun-15 Email for DS-3032 received & accepted by NVC

Jun-29 IV Fee Bill arrived in mail

Jun-30 Mailed MO IV Fee Bill

Jul 1-IV Fee Bill next day received & signed

Timeline

Any time you see an A- number that is the alien registration number, Look on the NOA2 from the I-129F that you filed as part of your K-3 petition. The A# should be above the beneficiary's name.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

If not just write none on that line.
