changing the address at port of entry ( anyone of you guys changed address at port of entry ) plz i need help

hi guys,

i got my cr1 visa and i am going soon to the us and i need to change the address cuz my wife moved to a new house.

can someone tell me how to change the address at port of entry and what kind of documents i need to provide at port of entry for changing address ? i hope someone tell me who had similar experience.

1. no proof needed.

2. tell the CBP fella you need to change the address. If he/she seems confused, ask for the supervisor. Don't leave until the address is updated.

3. Ultimately, address is captured again at ELIS - so if the Green Card Fee was already paid, can update the address with the ELIS system before you jump on the plane.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
