I was hoping someone could help me out. I can't seem to find my exact problem in the forums. Recently my fiance was approved for her K1 Visa. We will be traveling to the US next week (very excited). I have been reading online about obtaining her AOS once we are in the states and I was a little confused about the vaccination requirements. Some places online I read there are mandatory vaccinations. Other places I read say she can refuse them if she wants. The other problem is she only brought vaccination records with her to her medical examination for TB. That is marked as complete, but everything else is marked NOT AGE APPROPRIATE. Measles-Mumps-Rubella is marked NOT ROUTINELY AVAILABLE. Her DS-3025 is marked Vaccine history incomplete - Applicant may be eligible for a blanket waiver...

I am curious what all this means. She has received some of the vaccinations that are listed on the DS-3025, but its not marked as completed because she didnt have the records with her at the time of her medical examination. Do we get the vaccination records (in Ukrainian) translated to English? Does she go see a doctor in Ukraine to fill out the appropriate form or will a doctor in the US know what vaccinations she has already received and what she needs. Some of the vaccinations are not provided in the Ukraine (as far as I can tell). Does that mean she just needs to get them completed once she comes to the states?

Sorry, but this is all very confusing to me for some reason.

If she did not have all the required vaccinations marked off at the time of her K-1 medical onto the DS-3025, then she will need to a civil surgeon in the US to have the required shots and get them all transcribed onto an I-693. You will have to call around to find a civil surgeon that will not insist on another medical.
