TSC to NVC - Delay

We got our NOA2 on June 26 (after bring transferred from the VSC to TSC) and it still hasn't arrived at the NVC. I call every two days. We're going on week 5.5 and I know they say 8 weeks, but i thought normally it's more like 10-15 days. Is anyone else experiencing this ridiculous amount of time waiting? I'm trying to catch the case at the NVC so I can change my fiance's address and it's so frustrating!

4.2.2011 - met in italy - lived together all of 2011
2.22.2012 - p moves to US for three months
12.25.2012 - we decide to start the paperwork
1.15.2013 - sent I129f to Dallas Lockbox
1.22.2013 - NOA1
1.25.2013 - Alien number changed

5.29.2013 - Transferred to TSC

6.26.2013 - NOA2

For a while I thought I was the only one who was approved at TSC yet to be sent to the NVC within 3 weeks. I'm on week 4+ now, and I'm so sorry to hear that you're on week 5.5 now. It looks like nj27 is in the same spot as you as well...
