co-sponsor form?

Timeline

I was checking the list of the documents we need and the affidavit of support is one of them, my fiance works part time while he studies, he makes $10,000 which is $5,000 short of what is needed it for the k-1 visa, let's not go on the $10,000 short for the AOS, which form will be needing as in the list its says I-134, but like I say we are going for cosponsoring?

Timeline

Many consulates follow the guidelines for the I-864 even when using the I-134, and that includes the 125% instead of 100%. The USC petitioner fills out an I-134 and provides their supporting documentation. The co-sponsor fills out their own I-134 and provides their supporting documentation. They should also include proof of being a USC or LPR.
