I know!! The US is very closely aligned with Germany. He still thinks that there is some prejudice to Germans. I told him that is crazy- so many Germans here in Chicago and Milwaukee - I live between those two cities. I will tell him that there is no preference to certain countries. I hope he believes me! Thanks for your support!

Germans are all over america. There are tons here in the southwest in EL Paso, TX and eastern NM because of the airbase. In recent months Germany decided to longer train pilots here but its budget and nothing else. There are german speaking families all over the area. There is a huge octoberfest at Ft Bliss every year, that has been going on for decades.

This is not only citizen germans but the German military who trains with the US and wears german military uniforms around town and in airports while traveling.

8/26/2013: received VISA

9/05/2013: POE - GUAM -Flight from MNL to El Paso, TX- BEST DAY EVER =)

10/5/2013: Married!!

11/13/2013: Filed AOS / EAD/ & AP

11/18/2013: NOA1 all

12/12/2013: Biometrics completed

05/27/2014: AOS Interview

05/27/2014: AOS approved Received GC a week later.

10/08/2014: Report of Marriage & Passport Renewal LA Consultate General

And FYI...Not all Germans wear lederhosen, Bavarians do....small part of the country. Just saying...I'm a Nordlicht ;-) (northerner)
