Couple of questions about the I-134

1. Will online bank statements be enough evidence for deposits or do I need original statements from the bank?

2. Can I count Social Security payments as income? (if so what do they need as proof)

3. 2013 tax year is the last year that I will claim my twin daughters as dependents. Tax year 2014 they will wholly support themselves. If the interview will take place 3 months prior to my daughters no longer dependent on me, how will the embassy interviewer few that for meeting the 125% poverty level? I am asking because we will be a family of 6 when my fiancée gets here but in the new year we will be only 4. As a family of 4 I make the poverty level with no problems but at six I fall a little short. I have life ins. with a cash value, I have a retirement account with a nice nest egg, I have a home that is 45% paid for, I have savings account so having said that do you think I would qualify?

Thanks

Couple of questions about the I-134

1. Will online bank statements be enough evidence for deposits or do I need original statements from the bank? YES online is adequate.

2. Can I count Social Security payments as income? (if so what do they need as proof) YES You can go online to SSA and get a benefits letter - gave you a link

3. 2013 tax year is the last year that I will claim my twin daughters as dependents. Tax year 2014 they will wholly support themselves. If the interview will take place 3 months prior to my daughters no longer dependent on me, how will the embassy interviewer few that for meeting the 125% poverty level? Embassy will go by the facts - if you interview while your daughters are still depends they count in the mix. You can use 5 times the shortage in assets to make up the difference.

Thanks
