Hi anyone

I am British living in Spain and want to join my fiance in Missouri USA. I am in USA at moment on 90 day visa waiver...can he petition whilst I am in USA? Is it advisable to travel back to USA to visit from Spain once the petition has been made ( I have heard you can be refused entry if it can't be proved that you intend to go back)

Does anyone have any experiences/advice on the Spain to USA route!!

There is no reason why the petition cannot be filed now.

Yes, you are correct there are those that have indeed be refused entry so traveling during the petition period is more complicated than it is now.....
