Hello everyone...my husband has filed I130 for me in may 2013 and it got accepted with PD 24 may,2013 and moved to vermont service center. According to VSC processing time,it will take 13 months in processing as of 30april,2013. Now,according to visa bulletin august 2013, F2A is current for all case .what we need to do now except waiting for NOA2? I dont want to miss the chance of current status of F2A. I've also tried to call USCIS and NVC...but didnt get satisfactory reply. Is there any chance VSC will process fast? And,they have not updated anything in processing time on website...last updated on 18july,2013 was 19th march,2012 as of april 2013. Nothing after that.....i am heavily stressed without my husband in india. He cant come quite often and i not allowed to go there. How to get togather? And...there is one hope through this visa bulletin. How long it will tale to go thete? If this current status of F2A remain continue? Please help me.

Right now the only thing you can do is wait. You first have to wait for your i-130 to be approved by VSC. Once that happens, your case moves on to NVC, where you have to pay some fees and mail certain forms, once that gets processed your case is complete. If by the time your case is complete, your PD is current, then you are scheduled an interview, which is the final step. No one can really tell with certainty how long VSC is going to take to process the i-130. Check the forum and see what other people whose petition was forwarded to VSC are getting; for the CSC, petitions with PD as recent as Nov. 2012 are being processed.

I would also suggest to look closer at what is required by NVC (http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/nvc/nvc_1335.html) once your petition is approved and transferred there.

It's a good idea to know what docs you will have to send them, so you have more time to re-issue something that is missing or very hard to get for example. I think some docs have expiry period, like Police Certificates, so they should be fresh :)

Also, let your husband look at what is needed for Affidavit of Support if he didn't already.

Start collecting phone calls, messages, emails, pictures of you together and other evidence of bona fide marriage for interview.
