I it a problem if you date all the documents with the exact same date, but you send the whole package on the next day?

FYI: My package is ready, all the documents have signatures, but I am still waiting for my medical exam document. I will have it today or tomorrow, but I want to put all the dates too, double check everything, make a copy of the whole folder, and once I receive my medical exam document, to send my package immediately. But I am just concern what if I put the dates today (07/17/2013) but send it tomorrow - do you think it will be a problem?
