Good News Out of the CSC! NOA2 (3.5 Months...what???)

I'm delighted and a little bit shocked to say that yesterday 7/12/13 Maria and I received our NOA2 from the California Service Center! Our first NOA was 03/28/13. that means that we only waited a total of 115 Days. I don't know what's going on in California, but we both feel extremely blessed for this expediency. Now on to the next round and preparations for our interview in the Moscow Embassy.

I hope for the rest of you who are waiting, this fast time is a sign of new speed on behalf of the CSC. I know we aren't done yet, but I haven't stopped smiling since yesterday afternoon.

we are march 28, 2013 filers too and we got our approval july 12,2013 at csc.:) doing good csc.!!:)
