Good evening guys!

To anyone here that did DCF at the US Embassy Manila for filing the I-130 (CR1/R1 Visa) can you guys be kind enough to share where i can set an appointment to file the I-130. I'm confused, do i file it on the US Embassy Manila website under American Citizen Services under Notarial or other services OR do i use the USCIS website which is the infopass.uscis.gov?

we set an appointment to file the I-130 thru infopass and realized that the window or room number was different from the ones i read when people filed their I-130 here at the US Embassy Manila.. which is supposed to be window 25.

Thank you guys!

Yes, you use the infopass system to make the appointment for CR1. Yes, the rooms listed will be different. Just print a copy of the appointment and tell them when you enter the embassy and they will direct you to the correct window for filing. Good luck.

Hi everyone :) I am a dual citizen, residing in the Philippines for almost 5 years now. I will be getting married soon to my filipino fiance, this forum is heaven sent! I have done so many research about how I can bring my fiance to the US as soon as possible and travel with me and less waiting time for the visa process. I thought I could only file the I-130 in the US.

Based on my reasearch DCF for i-130 is much faster, my question is .. What are the requirements to file at the embassy? I cant find an updated list of the requirements online...

Hello! Yes, I think DCF i-I30 is fast. Make sure you stayed in the Philippines minimum of 6 months.

Get ACR card, you will need that when you file. Bills, lease contract and pictures together. When we filed last September 6, 2013 we showed them our itineraries of all our Philippine travels (15 itineraries) And they kept it together with our pictures.

When we filed we submitted the following: Bring originals also :=))

1. ACR card photocopy

2. 8 pictures (photocopies) but bring originals

3. Itineraries of our travels together (flights)

4. Marriage Certificate

4. Bills & lease of contract ( submit photocopies)

5. 2x2 ID pictures ( yours & wife)

6. Birth certificate of wife

Good Luck!
