I'm not an expert but I think you may receive a checklist. If you submitted transcripts of those returns and your amount doesn't match what you put (or didn't put) on the i864ez, then you're likely to get a checklist for it. I say this not from experience, but from what I've been reading on the forums about other people who got a checklist for this issue.

Yes you'll most likely get a checklist. I would fill out another form now and have it ready to go for when you get the checklist email.

I just sent the 2012 tax transcript which was around 28k income.

I didn't send tax transcripts for 2011 and 2010 cause those are foreign income based (I was in my native country for those two years) and when you convert to dollar they come to very less.

I also just didn't want to confuse NVC with such a small figure of money.

You only need to send the most recent tax transcript but you need to fill in the amounts in the other rows for those other years I believe.

Thx NikiR, I guess I could certainly put the two figures there for those two years, but I was hesitating thinking that it would cause more harm than good?

Cause NVC really does not know why those two years income are so low (There was no place in AOS document where I had to state that I was not here for those two years)

What did it state on your tax transcript as you taxable income? That would be what you would use I believe. It could be zero as you weren't taxed on your foreign income if you didn't make enough. You may get better answers over the weekend or afterward though.
