You have a lot of work to do before you can get an interview or set a medical date (which you do yourself.)

Please go HERE and read the first two posts of the thread several times along with the links therein.

nvc gets case in 1-2 weeks, could be longer depending on how your office sends it.. there are some members who waited as long as 90 days to get their case to nvc

then you will have about two months in nvc processing

when that is complete you will be getting your interview letter

right now you wait until nvc receives the case and assigns your case and invoice id number

then you will be on two different tracks at nvc.. one is your application for visa, the other is your sponsors AOS

since you have your noa2, you should be fully ready for nvc and all of the documents necessary, especially your sponsor's paperwork

the police and medical are country specific so you will have to find someone from there to answer those questions

It depends on how fast YOU are with the NVC processing.

Please read the link I provided and the wiki links. They will give you most of the information you need to know.

I know you keep wanting specific time frames, but there are VARIABLES

so don't depend on it

just know that those are average times

there are many cases with requests for more paperwork, which will delay each step another 3-4 weeks

There is no time frame... one person completed the NVC in 8 days, other people it can take years. There are too many variables to tell you how long. Variables like: How fast you send them the information and how fast they process it. Normally from the time you get your case numbers until you get a case complete is a month or two if you're really fast at sending them the packages and do not get a checklist. Then it takes another month or two to get the interview date, unless the embassy is backlogged. If they are, it can take 3-4 or more months to get an interview. When you get an interview date is when you can book your medical. If they find something wrong, it can extend the time you have to stay until they clear your medical. Then in the Philippines you have to do a CFO before you can leave.

Many variables. :( I wish we could say 3 months and done, but sometimes it takes 3 months for the petition to get to the NVC!
