Hello everybody! We just recieved the NOA2 after 4 months and 5 days :) NOA1 was march 4th and NOA2 yesterday July 9th. My fiancé was visiting me and we were blessed to been able to recieve the good news while we were together. If someone can help me with a link to know what to do after this or tips about the process in Guayaquil, Ecuador! Thank you very much in advance. Good luck to everyone

3/15/2013- NOA1 received

7/12/2013 - RFE text notifications

7/15/2013 - RFE hard copy received

7/19/2013 - RFE sent

7/24/2013 - RFE received by USCIS

7/31/2013 - NOA2 approved

8/5/2013 - NOA2 hard copy received

8/16/2013 - NVC received

8-21-2013 - case number received

8-23-2013 - sent to the embassy

8-27-2013 - Embassy received

9-28-2013 - Packet 3 received in the state by petitioner(my husband now)

10-7-2013 - medical exam done

10-23-2013 - packet 3 sent out

10-29-2013 - packet 4 received

11-21-2013 - interview date(approved)

1-23-2014 - passport received

1-24-2014 - fl LAuderdale intl airport

3-14-2014 - Married

6-17-2014 - AOS / EAD sent out

7-21-2014 - Biometrics appointment

9-4-2014 - EAD approved

9-8-2014 - EAD card received in mail yeahhhhhh / received mail with second biometrics appointment

9-12-2014 - Biometrics done for the 2nd time

9-28-2014 - Interview waiver letter received in mail

4-24-2015 - email received ( residence card in production ) yayyyyy thanks God!!!!!

I was approved on July 1st, I am waiting for NVC to receive my NOA2 (I have to call them almost everyday to check if they have received it) and for them to assign a case number, then they should send it to the Embassy in Costa Rica, so I guess you will trough the same process.

My advice is to start getting all the paper as birth certificate, police record etc..

Thanks you very much for that link! I'm new in this so still it's been hard to et around in the site. I have already some of the papers but so many doubts about what to do next. Is good to have people like you who is willing to help and advice. Thank you!!!
