cel,

Once your packet arrives in Manila, an interview needs to be scheduled. You will also receive a package of documents that need to be filled out for the interview. Do a search here on interviews and packet 3 for more information on things you need to be doing.

Don't worry about AOS just yet, that is after US arrival and marriage.

long ways to go before you AOS here in USA. will take about 120 days before your interview date.

here's a link to the US Embassy in Manila Immigrant visa page:

http://usembassy.state.gov/manila/wwwh3023.html

on this page is the appointment link check. it will probably be the middle of Jan before you have an interview scheduled. you receive packet 4 after you have been schedulrd an interview. there is no packet 3 for Manila, but you may receive a letter from the Embassy confirming your petition arrived at the Embassy. If you don't receive one, don't worry. my fiancee didn't receive one. if you scroll down the page on the link, you can download and see what packet 4 will look like. check out the Manila interview thread in the Embassy forum.
