Hi!

My partner and I are starting to file the paperwork for the i-129f, the fiancee visa form.

We have been together for five years and have all of the proof ready to submit, however I am unsure about a part on the i-129f form. What do I put down for question 12? I am currently in the USA visiting on the visa waver program. I plan on returning to my home country next month as originally planned. I don't have an "arrival or departure record" just a stamp in my passport saying when I entered, so what do I put?

Also, is it a good idea to file while I am here visiting?

Thanks,

Dianna

Put VWP entrant and the day you entered. You can file it while you are in the country. VWP people don't get I-94s.

Yep.
